- HomeTouch Connect: This model of care allows a user to choose their Carer and have complete control over which Carer provides the care. HomeTouch provides the tools to manage this relationship and a user can be assured that the carer has been thoroughly vetted, is well paid and is motivated to provide the best care to you or your loved one. If a carer goes on holiday or is sick, HomeTouch will endeavor to find a replacement within 24 hours.
- HomeTouch Assist: HomeTouch Assist is a fully managed live in care service offering best in class support across a wide range of conditions. It is available within the M25 for clients booking more than 20 hours a week for hourly care and 3 days a week for live in care. They visit a senior’s home, conduct a face to face care and risk assessment, prepare a care plan and ensure it is updated regularly by the in-house nursing team, with oversight from an in-house doctor.
- Technological background: HomeTouch works on an integrated care management system. A user can manage all their care needs through a personalised Care Hub, develop and consult a Care Plan tailored to their needs in tandem with professionals chosen from the UK’s largest library of live in carers, Stay up to date and informed about it with their Care Journal
